COVID-19 RESPONSE

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our #1 priority.  Here are a few steps that we are taking:

FACE MASKs

Our staff will be required to wear a face mask during services. We ask that our customers also wear a face mask when in the same room as our staff.

hand hygiene

As always, but now more than ever, we will practice hand-hygiene before and after each service.  This includes hand washing for at least 20 seconds, using soap and water, or the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Our staff will make every effort to maintain a 6 foot distance from customers.  We ask that our customers also make an effort to do the same. 

We have also implemented a no-handshaking policy. 

Cleaning supplies

We believe that it is more sanitary for customers to provide their own cleaning products.  This eliminates the spread of germs between homes and offices and allows us to optimize your unique clean.   For one-time deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, we are able to provide supplies, if needed.

Service cancellation / rescheduling

If you or members of your home or office are ill, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your service, to minimize exposure to our staff.  Likewise, we have asked our staff to cancel services if they have a fever or any other ill symptoms.  Staff are required to check their temperature before reporting to work.
